My goal is to use the experience in the electronics industry to help companies focus on growth, without being weighed down by complex operations.
For more than 30 years, I worked in the materials division of a major electronics manufacturer,
covering development engineering, manufacturing management, quality assurance, quality systems,
and export control. These roles taught me how to view issues from the customer’s perspective and
how to improve organizations to achieve real customer satisfaction. I believe the know-how
cultivated in a large enterprise can be applied universally in B2B transactions, and is
especially useful for SMEs and start-ups that cannot easily allocate resources to such work.
Today, I provide consulting in chemical substance regulations, ISO-based quality management, and
general quality assurance. I also stay engaged in industry associations and international
standardization, which allows me to deliver current and practical solutions.
